STORM SAILS

To keep your boat moving in
high winds, a storm jib and storm trysail are the best
insurance policy for offshore sailors.
The Lee storm jib features:
triple stitching with 6-points zigzag; mitre cut; worked
eyelets with extra large piston hanks; leather chafe guards
at head, tack and clew; double taped leech and foot; vinyl
coated stainless steel wire luff or luff tape; and extra
large reinforcing patches.
Our storm trysail has similar
features, plus back-up eyelets for emergency lashing to the
mast. |
